All v12 models utilize a battery to store excess daytime power for nighttime operation. Specifications and operation and maintenance manuals available on request. The Brushless, high torque DC motor direct drives the impeller and has no gearbox or brushes. ¹The model SB1250v12PW fits through a 26" x 26" square hatch for potable water installations. ²The models SB2500v12-PW, SB5000v12-PW, and SB10000v12-PW can be disassembled to fit through a 36" x 36" square hatch for potable water installations.

The Brush type motor drives the impeller with a gearbox and requires replacement of brushes at least once per year.
